Cube acquired Thomson Reuters’ Regulatory Intelligence and Oden products (RegTech).
S&P Global Commodity Insights acquired World Hydrogen Leaders (hydrogen industry knowledge and networking).
Toggle AI acquired Atom Finance (financial analysis tools).

Last Call For Complimentary Tickets
The BattleFin team is offering a limited number of complimentary tickets to new data users in the space who haven’t previously been to a BattleFin event. Linnovate Partners (asset servicing) raised $40M in a round led by SeaTown Holdings International.
Metaplane (data observability) received an investment from Snowflake Ventures.
Sigma Computing (cloud analytics) raised $200M in a Series D led by Spark Capital and Avenir Growth Capital.
WEKA (data platform) raised $140M at a $1.6B valuation in a Series E led by Valor Equity Partners.
