• Five Arrows acquired Rimes (data management).

• Hootsuite acquired Talkwalker (social listening).

• Morgan Stanley Capital Partners (MSCP) acquired Resource Innovations (energy transition advisory).

• Nalka Invest acquired Norstat (data collection platform).

• Symphony Technology Group acquired Eka Software Solutions (commodities trade and risk management software) and will merge the company with Quor Group.

• Tradeweb acquired Institutional Cash Distributors (ICD) (corporate treasury platform) for $785M.

• Verdane acquired a majority stake in Corlytics (regulatory intelligence and compliance).

Fundraising

• Abre (education data solutions) raised $24M in a Series A led by PeakSpan Capital.

• Integrum ESG (ESG data and ratings platform) raised £100K from Industrial Thought.

• Onum (data observability) raised $28M in a Series A led by Dawn Capital.

• PVML (data access platform) raised $8M in a Seed round led by NFX.

• Rally (user research CRM) raised $8.8M in a Seed round led by Stage 2 Capital.
