CapStack emerged from stealth with $6M in Pre-Seed funding led by Fin Capital with participation from Alloy Labs, Cambrian Ventures, Cowboy Ventures, Future Perfect Ventures, Gaingels, Selah Ventures, Uncorrelated Ventures, and Valor Equity Partners. The company was founded in March by Michal Cieplinski (former Pipe, LendingClub, Fundbox) and Tzvika Perelmuter (former Fundbox, Unit 8200). CapStack is an integrated operating system for banks, enabling cooperation across banks and other financial services institutions in order to drive profitability and asset diversification.
