New Company Alerts
iAltA is a private markets infrastructure company with solutions for LP/GP relationships, end-to-end fund lifecycle management, and transaction and fund operations support. The foundation of the first platform solution is based on the acquisitions of Verivend and Betterfront. The company is founded by Laurence Tosi (prior Ipreo, Blackstone, iLEVEL), Scott Ganeles (prior Ipreo, WestCap), and Bill Sherman (prior Ipreo, The Expert Institute). Jaime Vassallo Hildreth of WesCap (prior Ipreo, Blackstone) was appointed to the Board of Directors. This might be hands down the most impressive team I’ve seen launch a business in this industry as of late. Upon announcing the official company launch, iAltaA also announced a $20M fundraise led by WestCap. Additional information can be found in the press release here.
