To circle back in the new year

BC Platforms acquired Medexprim (real world data).
Counterpoint Research acquired Display Supply Chain Consultants (display industry insights).

Fundraising
Airfinity (disease forecasting) announced an investment from IQT.
Carbon (external data management for LLMs) raised $1.3M in a Pre-Seed round.
Chalk (data platform for ML) raised $10M in a Seed round led by General Catalyst, Unusual Ventures, and Xfund.
OurSky (space data platform) raised $9.5M in a Seed round led by Upfront Ventures.
Signum.AI (B2B customer insights) raised a Seed round.
SourseAI (decision intelligence platform) raised AUD $3M in a Series A led by Centerstone Capital.
Yogi (consumer review data and insights) raised $10M in a Series A led by Blueprint Equity.
