• Fiscal AI (financial data infrastructure) received a $1.5M investment from FedDev Ontario

• Probably (verifiable data agent) raised $9M in a Seed round led by Andreessen Horowitz

• Tetrix (AI private markets investment platform) raised $15M in a Series A led by White Start Capital and Innovation Endeavors

New Company Alert

PMDX (Private Markets Data Exchange) provides infrastructure for private markets. It is a digital exchange focused on enabling interoperability. The company was founded by James Smallwood (prior Global Head of Solution Engineering for Private Markets at BlackRock).
