My friends at RepVue recently launched a unique proprietary dataset enabling B2B software company intelligence. As a big believer in the power of human capital analytics for insights into company performance, I was really excited to learn about RepVue, their collection methodology, and their dataset.

RepVue helps put a quantifiable value on employee sentiment and company performance, leveraging in-depth reviews from salespeople across the technology landscape through its 260,000+ user-submitted surveys (growing 100% YoY) from verified sales professionals, comprising 5 million data points. RepVue provides real-time trends related to quota attainment, sales-cycle length, lead flow, product-market fit, culture, average deal size, and other KPIs. Sales professionals have rated more than 25,000 companies on the platform.

Of note, RepVue has exceptional coverage in the Enterprise Software space, with 1,000s of sales reps from orgs like Salesforce, AWS, Zoominfo, HubSpot, DocuSign, Okta, Datadog, MongoDB, Twilio, Smartsheet, Crowdstrike, Cloudflare, Snowflake, and ServiceNow participating in their surveys every month. From a qualitative free-text review perspective, they’re already collecting more data than Glassdoor on names like these, but exclusively focused on GTM insights.

Check out Ryan Walsh (Founder & CEO) and Adam Little (VP of Data Operations) on Twitter/X where they provide daily insights from their data. The team will be at the upcoming Neudata New York Summer Data Summit on June 4th. Be sure to stop by and say hello! (Booth Q - bottom of the stairs).
